Immersing myself into the Spanish culture, I lived with a local family. I learned to quickly adapt to new situations and converse with strangers in an unfamiliar environment. While studying at Universidad de Granada, Centro de Lenguas Modernas I earned a Certificate in Advanced Spanish.

Giving each cashier a break and timing it correctly with rushes and making sure other people would be back to ensure there would be enough cashiers for the guests.
Delegating daily tasks while solving any problems that a guest is having.

Coordinate with customers for merchandise to be delivered and helping them to the best of my ability.
Keeping a detailed list of what deliveries are going out on which dates while coordinating with drivers finding the most efficient route for their day.
Delegate delivery loads to be pulled for customers.
Coordinate with contractor sales representatives to have high dollar projects delivered.
Checking each SKU number on each item in a delivery load while checking each item's quality.
Fix any issues related to deliveries such as incorrect, damaged, or forgotten merchandise.

On-Call Spanish Medical Interpreter
On a volunteer basis (on-call hours), would accompany Spanish-speaking individuals to general medical appointments, no pre-operation appointments, or urology appointments. Project FINE had many full-time interpreters but used volunteers to fill in gaps for when the full-time interpreters had too many appointments in one day or had more than their usual amount of clients.

For people dealing with an unexpected pregnancy and looking for help, Robbinsdale Women’s Center provides support for those pregnant and those involved. Regardless of someone's financial situation, providing access to services. There is no cost, no need to provide proof of insurance, and is completely confidential - even for minors. The purpose of the Robbinsdale Women's Center is to provide a caring, non-judgmental place for people to receive support and information.
Robbinsdale Women's Center offers no-cost and confidential pregnancy tests and no-cost limited OB ultrasounds to women.
Robbinsdale Women's Center provides a safe space to discuss the options and answer any questions that may come up about abortion, costs, risks, and more. The goal is to equip everyone with the information they need to make an educated decision that is theirs alone.
