Political science offers great flexibility and a variety of courses each semester focusing on all aspects of the discipline. With a broad range of courses that may satisfy personal interests and lead students closer to domestic and international careers in business, education, government, law, media, nonprofits, and politics.

I began with a major in nursing and switched to Global Studies. Including credits carried over from advanced placement courses taken in high school, I completed all but two generals before deciding to transfer to the University of Minnesota.
